FOUNDER, PRESIDENT, AND GLOBAL CEO, CHRISTIAN GLOBAL MEDICAL HEALTHCARE INCORPORATED FROM 2013 TO PRESENT.
The Rev. Dr. Ndebe has moved CGMH from a concept to a real organization now seeing patients from 12 counties excluding home county of Kalamazoo. During this time patient encounters increased from 500 in 2015 to 2500 in 2016 and 3500 in 2017. She fostered and formed relations between CGMH and specialty organizations and with local hospitals and hospitals in the other counties, created affiliation contracts with universities to train their nurse practitioner students at this clinic in the residency program she designed, and she has formed partnerships and affiliations between CGMH and other institutions, streamlined and strengthened the board of directors into a more functional one, secured a grant from Kalamazoo Community Foundation in 2017 and attracted individual donors to give money and material gifts to the clinic among many other duties she is doing to achieve CGMH mission of increasing access to reduce health disparities among populations.
Rev. Dr. Ndebe has a BS in Nursing 1997 and MS in Family Nursing 2000 from State University of New York at Binghamton and she is licensed in New York, Arizona, and Michigan. She in 2010 obtained a PHD in Higher Educational Leadership with a 4.0 GPA from Western Michigan University. Rev. Dr. Ndebe is a member of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Rev. Dr. Ndebe has a BS with honors in Biology from Cuttington University, Liberia and Diploma in Biblical Studies from Foyah Bible Training Institute. Dr. Ndebe is an ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ and the founding pastor of All Peoples All Nations Prayer Ministries Church, INC (APAN Church). She conducts church services and clinic in the same building because she believes the science of medicine was given by God and combining it with the supernatural leads to greater positive outcomes for the patients and the communities served. She is single and has 11 adopted children, 21 grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way as of 2018.
