The History of Christian Global Medical Healthcare, Inc.

The advent and implementation of the 2010 Affordable which supply monies to states to expand Medicaid to adult residents who prior could not access healthcare due to lack of insurance. However, many clinics in Kalamazoo and surrounding counties were not accepting the new Straight Medicaid, Medicare, managed Medicaid health insurances such as Molina, UHC Community Health Plan, Meridian Health Plan of Michigan, Priority Government Plan, McLaren Medicaid, Cofinity, Humana, Aetna Better Health of Michigan. In response, Christian Global Medical Healthcare Incorporated was founded and registered with Kalamazoo County Clerk office on October 8, 2013 as “doing business as” Christian Global Medical Health DBA # 2013-1243 and on November 19, 2013 following a submission of articles of incorporation for non-profit status, it was incorporated with the State of Michigan as Christian Global Medical Healthcare Incorporated and assigned state ID #71432T.  On November 25, 2013, the United States Internal Revenue Office in writing assigned the employer identification number 46-4149761 to this non-profit corporation.

Following extensive delays due to the need for Dr. Ndebe Bolor to work and raise money to pay for restructuring work demanded to get the City of Portage approval to use building as a clinic, the building was approved by the City of Portage until on June 23, 2014.  Dr. Ndebe Borloh secured new furniture and accepted some material donations to furnish the place.  Dr. Ndebe Borloh secured malpractice and general building insurance for the building as well as communication and Internet services into the building.

September 2014, Dr. Ndebe Borloh hired Dr. Max M. Allen Jr., DO as Medical Director.  A Credentialing company of Module MD EMR system was hired to carry on the credentialing of the clinic, Dr. Allen and Dr. Ndebe into various healthcare insurances in Michigan.  Dr. Ndebe Borloh from January 11, 2014 embarked on fasting and praying for God’s leading and guidance through this most difficult time. Credentialing began December 2014 and by March 15, 2015 the clinic and two providers were enrolled into Medicare, Medicaid and few commercial and managed insurances. In February 2015, Dr. Ndebe Borloh hired a corporate compliance officer and practice manager. March 30 and April 3, 2015 ,Dr. Ndebe Borloh and her staff were trained by Module MD Staff on computer scheduling following donation of five computers by owner of Module MD Dr. Dandamudi.

On April 6, 2015 with no money to do advertising, Christian Global Medical Healthcare Incorporated opened its doors at 451 West Milham Avenue Portage, MI 49024 to see patients and Dr. Ndebe Borloh continued to rely on God to bring patients to the practice in due time as we continued to keep the doors open to increase access to care to reduce health disparities. On May 9, 2015 a training course fee of $349.00 was paid paid for by Yawa Chokpelleh  for Dr. Ndebe Borloh to train as DOT Examiner and she completed course and got certified for 10 years as a Certified Medical Examiners for the US Federal Department of Transportation and Safety Administration to examine and certify qualified interstate truck drivers. This certification increased access to care for truck drivers in no time to get their DOT physicals and to get treatment for any conditions discovered early. Truck drivers also earned income that supports their families and the USA economic as a whole as they deliver goods and services across the states.

In addition to the above, communication with local agencies, hospitals, and institutions for partnership and collaboration of care to increase access to care and reduce health disparities aggressively progressed. September 1 to September 30, 2015, in response to global appeal for help, Christian Global hosted and led local fund-raising activities for victims of the EBOLA Virus pandemics in West Africa mainly affecting Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea.

In addition to the above humanitarian efforts, Christian Global Medical Healthcare Incorporated has plans in its vision to do healthcare work in Haiti, Burma, and Liberia when the programs for USA are successful.
